Manager - IT - Manufacturing Firm

Manager - IT required for a renowned manufacturing firm in Mumbai.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

- To own the ABAP delivery & consulting for entire SAP landscape comprising SAP S/4 HANA, CRM, SOLMAN, BIW (ABAP)

- To find opportunities to leverage capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA

- To define & implement the best practices in SAP ABAP Development

- To ensure SAP license compliance

- To drive & grow the RPA adoption within the organization

- To deliver the RPA opportunities along with support partners

IDEAL PROFILE :

Educational Qualification Essential : B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA / M.Sc ( IT )

Preferred :

- Functional / Technical Expertise (Please indicate Product / Functional Portfolio) - SAP ABAP on S/4 HANA (RICEF, Workflows, Interfaces, Webservices)

- Re-engineering reports using CDS/AMDP as deemed fit

- Understanding of IDOC's and RFC based integrations

- CRM ABAP and BI ABAP

- RPA - Understanding of Robotics Process Automation and ability to drive conversations with business

- BASIS - User & Role Management, STMS

- Understanding of SAP licenses and compliances

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Project Management for ABAP and RPA projects

- Be a partner with SAP Core Team Leads to design & deliver the solutions

- Lead team of ABAPERS & RPA developers

- Vendor & OEM management to onboard resources & ensure timely delivery

- Implement best practices during developments

- Status updates & periodic reviews with seniors & peers

Key Performance Indicators :

- Drive conversations with business on driving efficiencies through SAP S/4 and RPA

- Project execution as per overall satisfaction, adherence to timelines, quality of solution.

- Participation in IT Events, seminars, Conference

- Active member of SAP SDN Forum
