Work Experience (highlight) :

- Overall 7-10 years experience in a technical role

- 4 + years in Information Security function either in a consultant/vendor/user role in Financial Services (Banking/Capital Markets)

- Good knowledge of common information security management rules of SEBI and other frameworks such as ISO 27001.

- Implementation experience in both IT Infrastructure and Information Security would be ideal

Core Purpose of the Role :

- Develop, implement, enhance and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT program in line with SEBI and BSE/NSE requirements

- Will have an understanding of high level IT architecture of the organization and ensuring that the software solution being implemented is in alignment with the overall architecture/roadmap

- Understand and interact with business units to ensure the consistent application of Information Security policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services

- Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of Information Security concerns and develop compliant practices

- Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems related to Information Security, Business Applications and IT Infrastructure

- Will implement InfoSec practices in Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environments.

- Partner with relevant vendors for implementation of all Business applications, IT systems and Information Security practices, also negotiate the best rates for the organization

- Coordinate with vendor for installation/build/testing of business application/s

- Coordinate with business stakeholders to carry out UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

- Carry out System Integration Testing (SIT)

- Review that the software solution satisfies all ITGC requirements, Information security and Compliance guidelines

- Monitoring the roll out of software solutions to see that there are no issues

- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues in business application software
