Manager - IT Audit & Compliance (4-7 yrs)

- We are looking for someone who has hands 4+ years of experience and must be responsible for managing IT Audits, Compliances and Software Quality control. Will be responsible for review of IT Policies and SOP's, drive and monitor compliance to SOP. Responsible to ensure testing and quality control of software developed in-house.\


- Will drive implementation of initiatives such as ISMS:ISO27001.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

- Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors for providing inputs required and liaison with other sub-functions of IT

- Review IT Policies and SOP's. Prepare modifications and maintain change history for wherever applicable

- Prepare documentation for ISMS implementation and coordinate with all stakeholders for driving implementation and renewals

- Ensure compliance to SOP's. Follow-up with relevant stakeholders and maintain documentation.

- Conduct software quality checks before go-live. Ensure proper change management is followed.

- Ensure version control and report gaps if any.

- Conduct periodic internal Audits for as per ISMS norms

- Create awareness on policies and SOP's through proper communication

- Qualification - B Tech/BE/MCA/Computer Science Graduate

- 4 -5 years of experience in similar Industry

- Hands-on experience of implementing ISMS:ISO 27001

- Knowledge of IT systems, databases and software change management processes.

- Experience of basic software quality testing will be an added advantage.
