Roles and Responsibilities : Responsible for assisting the Practice Head proactively in achieving the P&amp;L for the practice by successfully driving the execution and supporting the business development. Participate in ideation and support new service offering development after analysing the target market and current scenarios. Successfully drive and deliver multiple engagements pertaining to the IT Consulting service offerings in the domains of: - IT function's policies and procedures documentation - Information Systems Audit - ERP Post-Implementation Reviews and Effectiveness Testing - IT Process Improvement/ Reengineering - Cyber Security Risk Assessment &amp; Compliance Reviews (CSRA &amp; CSCR) - Business Continuity Planning (BCP) - Manage client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business. - Actively participate in building high quality tools and assets for IT consulting service offerings which adds value to sales pitch as well as project deliverables. - Work on multiple tasks simultaneously to support business development, practice building and execution. Managerial Responsibilities: - Actively assist the Practice Head in preparing the budget forecasts of IT Consulting Services division in conjunction with the organizational budget, track expenses and ensure adherence. - Prepare Division Plan for higher management projecting the expected performance in the future and specifying any critical aspects that requires management attention. - Convey organizational strategy to the team, set individual targets for the team members and provide leadership direction to achieve goals. - Evaluate performance of team members, provide feedback on an on-going basis, identify development needs and coach them to ensure on-going capability development. - Oversee the identification of training needs and organize trainings for the team for upgradation of technical and soft skills.
