Manager - IT Audit

Your key responsibilities :

- Maintain externally and internally recognized technical expertise in the following areas:

- Client Engagements primarily in the areas of Tech Risk services like Internal audit, Enterprise Risk management, Compliance risk and regulatory services, Internal controls, Contract Risk Services, Business Process Management and other related solutions

- IT Audit including IT General Controls and IT Application Controls

- FAIT

- SOCR (SOC1, SOC2, SOC3)

- HITRUST

- Project Management

- Execution and delivery of client engagements

- Manage client facing delivery teams, leading and coaching team members

- Foster and developing strong networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions in the firm

- Review and audit complex IT environments

- Drive innovation in service delivery; ensure delivery is in line with firm's Quality and Risk management requirements/expectations

- Business Development on existing / new clients

- Developing/refreshing methodologies related to our existing/new solutions

- Sensitive towards EY code of conduct, values and quality standards

Skills and attributes:

To qualify for the role you must have:

- A third level degree or higher

- 7-10 years experience in IT Audit or consulting or other similar domains

- Client-oriented, professional services mindset

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail

- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and take initiative/make decisions under pressure

- Strong understanding of processes, technology, and operational concepts related to IT and information risk management

- Strong understanding of the business impact of processes, policies, tools, as well as high proficiency in how to assess risk and business impact

- Good knowledge of incident management, change management (including DevOps), business continuity management, cloud security, cryptography, privacy etc.

- Understanding of IT Process, IT Infrastructure (applications, databases and operating system) and related technologies i.e. Oracle, Windows, Linux etc.

- Ability to identify engagement issues/risks and the confidence to pursue solutions with ley internal or external stakeholders

- Works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic environment where remote working is required

- Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments

- Conduct research and prepare client presentations, information memorandums and contribute to thought leadership documents

- Ensure discipline to work and productivity of self and reporting subordinates; promotes positive working environment within a team

- Sector focus (basic understanding of the industry, trends, issues/challenges & key players) based on the industry group alignment

- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Ideally, you'll also have :

- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

- Familiarity with security frameworks such as HITRUST CSF, ISO, PCI DSS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR, AICPA, NIST, COBIT, ITIL etc. is preferred

- CISA/CISSP/CISM/CRISC qualification preferred

- Big 4 experience

- Flexibility to travel

- 7+ years of IT Audit experience
