Manager - IR & HR (12-15 yrs)
We are looking for a Manager - IR & HR to be based at Noida, for a leading MNC and global supplier of advanced Automotive Technology, Systems & Components with over 120,000 employees in more than 33 countries.
- You should be a Professional with 12-15 years of relevant IR experience (Managing Labour Union relationships, Wage negotiations & Bi / Tri-partite Settlements, Statutory Compliance), along with generalist HR exposure (HR Strategy, Budgeting, Manpower Planning, Performance Management, L&D, Engagement & Culture building, Payroll, Policy Management, etc.)
