Job Description: - Responsible for preparing term sheets and responding to investor diligence reports. - Prepare investor engagement plan. - Relationship building with investors. - Sector Analysis - Handle fund operations including fund performance, gross and net level returns (as is and projected), scenario analysis, value bridges etc - - Manage policy and processes for fund operations - Handle KYC and AML procedures for all new investors - Ensure compliance with all fund policies - Interact with management, valuers and auditors to finalise the valuation of all portfolio companies within stipulated timelines CA/MBA
