About the Position:
- Managing/maintaining distributor & institutional relationships across India to enable effective fundraising.
- Liaison with regional sales team for business development.
- Product development for new real estate fund initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the existing distributor and client relationships.
- Sending regular updates about the sector & the fund.
- Extensively work on excel for various sensitivities of investor return for new product development.
- Liaison with the legal & compliance teams, tax teams for new product development.
- Organizing/holding sales meet/seminars on behalf of the distributor and otherwise.
- Gathering competition product information from the distributors.
- Have working knowledge of real estate in top 7 cities of India
Experience and Qualification:
- Should have real estate investments / preferably having worked in the Private Equity Fund / Real Estate desk of Wealth Management outfit.
- MBA / CA with 5 to 7 years of experience in relationship management role with a financial service provider with a focus on real estate finance.
