Manager - Investor Relations & Fund Raising - FinTech

Working closely with the Founder, the incumbent would be responsible for :

- Lead the charter for managing investor relations & assist raising funds through HNIs/Angels/Family Offices/Debt etc

- Contribute with inputs on firm's core financial strategy, presentation pitch decks & investor queries

- Articulating the business model & its underpinning in front of potential investors

- Overseeing transaction support & documentation in the fintech space

- Running the firm-wide operations smoothly as an early employee for the start-up

The successful candidate should :

- Be a CA/MBA from a reputed B-School with 3-6 years of work experience preferably in a start-up or at an investor relations role

- Be willing to work beyond KPIs in a start-up environment

- Possess high A2D & exceptional communication skills
