Manager - Investment Operations - Life Insurance

Our client is one of the leading private sector Life Insurance Company. It is listed on National stock exchange (NSE) and Bombay stock exchange (BSE).

Position Title: Manager - Investment Operations

Function : Investment Accounting

Work location: Mumbai, Malad

Experience- 1-3 years

Desired qualification: CA, MBA

Establishing controls and checks to ensure a robust Investment and financials accounting and building up a comprehensive information system for internal and external reporting

- Back Office Investment accounting role with day to day coordination with Investment compliance and Treasury team

- Front office Support Continuous support to Front office in terms of regulatory reference and update

- One point contact for all the investment related accounting reporting and regulatory updates

- Team Support - Back up to the team members to ensure that there is no break in the normal functioning of the team

Key Accountabilities

Working on below mentioned activities along with the other team members:

1. Computation and reporting of NAV on daily basis

2. Valuation of securities

3. Monthly closure of investment accounting system and trial balance upload

4. Various reporting's like Financial reporting, Regulatory reporting, Management Reporting and website reporting

5. Managing Statutory, Internal, Concurrent auditors

6. Preparation of fund financials

7. Derivatives related accounting & reporting's
