Manager Investment & business development

Role highlights:-

1. Evaluating opportunities /projects / properties.

2. Valuation and doing feasibility analysis/ financial modeling.

3. Reporting investment opportunities to management.

4. Suggest investment opportunities.

Competencies:-

1. Exposure to real estate, hospitality.

2. Have strong investment analysis / feasibility analysis background.

3. Must have valuations / financial modeling exp.

4. Looking for people from real estate private equity or investment teams in real estate company.

Qualification - MBA/CFA/MASTERS IN FINANCE.

Experience-3 to 7yrs

Location- Gurgaon( prefer local person or person having affinity with DELHI NCR )
