Manager - Investment Banking - IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI/MDI (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Analyzing industry sectors and present suitable trends
- Company analysis, peer group benchmarking and prepare suitable information memorandum for transaction
- Financial modeling
- Facilitate due diligence and suitable address the key issues
- Interface appropriately with the client and provide constructive inputs in the negotiation process
Attributes and Experience :
- MBA from top tier institute with good academic performance
- 2-4 years of work experience in equity research/ investment banking/ Private equity funds/ business consulting
- Proficiency in business analysis and financial modeling
- Good communication and presentation skills
