We currently have a role of Manager for our client which is an Investment Banking and Financial Advisory Services firm with Projects in 45 countries across five continents with focus on North and West Africa, South Asia and Middle East providing Financial Advisory Services. Headquartered at U.S.A, they have other offices in New Delhi (CO), Dubai, UAE Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Jakarta, Indonesia Seoul, South Korea London, United Kingdom Tokyo and Japan.

Role Description

Job Title - Manager

Reporting to - Associate Director

Location - Delhi

Work Profile

Transaction Delivery and Project Management

1. Deliver high quality work under guidance of the respective team lead, in following areas in order to meet project requirements and at the same time, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the deliverables:

2. Co-ordinate with the transaction teams to support on-ground development of a project. This would include close interaction with the working level team members of the client and other stakeholders in the project like off-takers, lenders, etc.

3. Develop understanding of the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing

4. Develop knowledge about high-end, complex financial models by analysing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis in order to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & taxation principles

5. Support in design and development of best solutions for clients by gathering information and conducting analysis

6. Prepare reports, information memoranda, summary and presentations

Client Interaction

1. Interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements

2. Respond to the client's changing needs and priorities under the guidance of team lead

3. Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address clients' needs and requirements

Business Development

1. Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, competitors, analyse data and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities

2. Support in responding to development of proposals requested by potential clients

Educational Qualifications and Experiences

1. MBA or equivalent experience

2. 6 to 8 years of experience with international banks, developers / investors / fund or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions will be an asset.

3. Experience and/or interest in infra / project finance is preferred

Required Skills

1. Strong analytical skills

2. Ability to work on Financial Models

3. Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP)

4. Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary team

5. Attention to detail
