Roles and Responsibilities :
1. To build strong International Sales and Distribution Network for Frozen Vegetables & Ready to eat (RTE) product category
2. Appoint relevant distributors across world
3. Target countries- USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Europe region, Japan, Africa Region, Singapore, Dubai
4. Achieve sales global and profitability matrix
5. Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches - Explore routes to market entry
6. Maintain all activities related to product Sales & marketing and provide required support to establish effective marketing communication.
7. Candidate should be Go-Getter and KPI
8. Willing to travel
9. Review your export potential & develop export plan
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Qualification -Masters in Sales and Marketing from premium institute
2. Experience - 15 years + in International Sales with strong well established FMCG background - Preferably Food products , Out of 15 years + more then 5 years relevant experience is required
3. Location -Mumbai
4. Territory knowledge
5. Good communications skills
