Manager - International Compliance - LLB (4-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities Areas :-

- Global compliance framework: Design and review across countries.

- Employment law, visa and immigration compliance.

- IT and data privacy laws.

- Companies Act, 2013: Diagnostic and implementation support services.

- Policy design under Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement.

- Compliance risk assessment, review and audit.

- Outsourcing, monitoring and training support.

- Legal update

- Assisting large multinational companies in developing a compliance strategy that ensures a sustained compliance level, consistent with applicable laws and regulations, in-setting-up and implementing a compliance framework to protect and increase economic and shareholder value.

- Establishing risk-based Statutory Compliance and Governance Frameworks for multi-location, multi-business companies and operationalizing these frameworks through an automated Compliance Software.

- Creating various risk-based compliance audit programs addressing the various areas of regulatory compliance along with conducting quarterly audits for verification & assurance.

- Developing compliance audit plans and ensuring effective and efficient execution of audits in conformance with agreed scope, budgets, and timelines. Review existing policies and procedures, identifying gaps and making recommendation where needed.

- Preparing regulatory and procedural GAP analysis reports comparing current practices & policies & procedures with regulations and laws to determine & identify process inefficiencies & ineffectiveness, recommending mitigation action plans

- Assisting in development of compliance programs which includes compliance planning, assessment, monitoring, testing, tracking and reporting of compliance - activities.

- Responsible for delivering in-person compliance training through various methods including formal presentations, workshops and written materials.
