Manager - International Business - Pharma

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

We are looking candidates who has experience in pharma industry for LATAM Market .

Travelling to LATAM must.

Must Requirements in Job role ( Knowledge/Experience/Qualification/Salary) :

- Last 5 year working in Business Development of Onco Products in Brazil, Peru, Chilli, Mexico, South America, Carrabin market.

- Directly responsible for revenue generation of min 8 to 10 Crs including NBD

- Knowledge of general, onco with small volume Product range related to market share, market/product penetration, competitor's positioning, expected growth for product segment etc

- Currently or have worked in past with Onco or Speciality Medicine manufacturing organization

- Knowledge of LATAM market in terms of Customer relationship building, Top & Bottom selling products, regulatory requirements, upcoming changes in local govt policies etc

- Good in English written and verbal communication. Pleasing personality & good at inter personal skills.

- Able to work in uncertain/unstructured environment with Plan B/C working

- Must be ready to travel around 8 to 9 times a year

Total Experience : 10 to 12 Yrs

Qualification : BSc / BCom

Threshold Requirement in the Job role :

- Qualification : MBA

- Can speak/understand local language

- LATAM Market experience

- Experience in Formulation Injectable
