International Business Development Manager (Agri Chemicals)

- Responsible for business's expansion into international markets. Find opportunities for the business to expand by researching market trends and developing partnerships with key international partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, prepare and execute a sales plan focused on delivering new recurring revenue for both Field and Vegetable crops through partnerships with agro-input companies and the public and private sector in International Market.

- Develop and manage the distribution channels for Co's products in the Country leveraging strengths of that region.

- Work closely with the TD team in the registration of Co's products in line with the regulatory requirements of International Markets.

- Be an outstanding external spokesperson for the company, its values and products.

- Generate new business by leveraging existing relationships and building new relationships across private and public sectors, NGOs, Government & Commercial.

- Provide market feedback as well as analyze data to aid in decision making.

Qualification And Experience:

1. You have at least 5-10 years' experience in Agri Business in International Market and knowledge of the seed industry will place you at an advantage.

2. Knowledge of product area and related markets essential (including pricing structures/changing markets and technological changes).

3. You have knowledge and understanding of dealing with C-suite executives with excellent communication and presentation skills, integrity and impeccable professionalism.

4. Strong negotiation skills required.

5. Competent in writing reports, articles and presentation skills.

6. Strong networking skills.

7. Able to deal with a variety of personalities.

8. The ability to develop credibility both internally and externally.

9. You have experience working with Government officials at all levels and navigating government structures.

10. You are comfortable working against a sales target

11. You have the ability to professionally and respectfully dissent, and logically debate challenges.

12. You have substantive experience working and/or living in rural international farming contexts and building relationships across sectors and disciplines.

13. Able to work in a highly demanding atmosphere.

14. Able to come up with ideas for improvement and development of the business.

15. Team player but also able to work alone and use own initiative.
