Manager - Internal Control & internal audit Summary : As a member of the company's Internal Control & Internal Audit team, Manager will primarily be responsible for planning & executing Internal Controls review projects and coordinating for Internal Audits Roles & responsibilities : - Review the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls impacting operational & financial reporting - The job involves conducting the interview, process walkthrough, documenting process documentation across the organization. - Analyze and understand industry best practices and design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of the business - Review & testing of Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (IFC) as per The Companies Act - Planning & Executing Internal Audits/ Management Audits and reporting of results with management - Follow up the implementation of the action plan agreed in audit/internal control reviews - Work with multiple functions on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient and effective manner - Support team members on various projects as an experienced subject matter expert - Preparing standard and ad hoc reports for management Qualifications: - CA with 4-6 Yrs Work experience in Internal Control & Internal Audits - Excellent knowledge of Retail Sales, E-Commerce & Service Network - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Experience in driving data analytics, a solid aptitude for Information Technology & Automation - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Location: Bangalore, India
