Manager - Internal Communications - Pharmaceutical - India

A global Pharmaceutical Giant wishes to hire the Internal Communications Manager for its Indian Operations.

The incumbent would be responsible for all internal communication strategies, plans and activities for India.

This includes :

- Design and implementation of internal communication Strategy, utilizing multiple channels and tools.

- Communication from Top Management,

- Publishing internal magazine (print and digital), newsletters, townhalls,etc

- India intranet - both content and design

- Planning and executing internal brand building programs

- Support Global communication initiatives

- Organise and promote employee engagement activities, milestone celebrations.

- The incumbent would be working closely with India leadership and global counterparts.

Would be assisted by a team member .

Candidate profile :

- PG in corporate communication /Marketing .

- Exceptionally creative and articulate

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and in written.

- Ability to deal with classified and confidential information

- Must have handled internal communications in a large setup. Exposure to handling sensitive communication during mergers would be an added advantage.
