Manager Internal Communications for a Global MNC BPO in Hyderabad.

Job Description :

This position is responsible for planning and executing all corporate-wide internal and external communications initiatives to protect and enhance the Ashland brand in India while also driving employee engagement and a high-performance culture.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Create and execute employee communications strategies and plans in India that are aligned with brand, business goals, values and culture.

- Develop content and manage employee communications channels, including mass e-mail, FirstHand (intranet), local town halls, celebration events, employee recognition awards, etc.

- Work closely with India Marketing Managers to develop and execute effective marketing communications strategies for respectivebusiness units to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.

- Execute a wide variety of marketing communications projects, including print advertisements, brochures, product launches, web-based marketing, trade shows and PR events by partnering with outside vendors.The successful candidate will manage the entire process and measure effectiveness at conclusion.

- Work with India trade media to generate greater awareness and interest in Ashland's market-leading innovation and technical services. Role will include developing regional news releases and pursuing relevant editorial opportunities.

- Work with India Leadership Team to develop and execute community relations strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- A bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism or public relations

- 7+ years- experience in communications or a similar field, preferably within a global Fortune 500 company.Should be currently working as Manager Internal Communications in a Global MNC IT / BPO

- Demonstrated writing and editing experience, preferably with both industrial and consumer products

- Self-starter who is skilled at planning, creating, and producing marketing communications deliverables under limited supervision

- An outstanding writer who is skilled at developing compelling content in a wide variety of communications channels, including video and social media

- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-driven environment

- Positive and can-do attitude

Good listener and team player who has proven experience developing strong working relationships with business leaders and managers
