Manager - Internal Communications
Job Description :
- Must have experience with a Shared Service / Captive unit handling Internal Communications.
- Build positive employer reputation within and outside the organization.
- End to end campaign management - Strategy and execution of designing campaigns to create & maintain positive brand image for existing and potential employees
- Experience in Internal communications. Develop, manage, and execute Communications strategy.
- Handle different formats of communication via mails, videos, events, social posts, or offline campaigns.
- Talent and Employer Branding
- Support the senior leadership team in designing their internal/external communication.
- Support and manage multiple Internal communication initiatives including writing, editing, and executing high impact employee engagement campaigns, initiatives, and events.
- Designing brochures, campaigns, social media posts etc. to support communication with existing and potential employees.
- Drive positive content across companies' Social media channels to boost Talent Brand
