Manager - Internal Auditor - Audit & Inspection - CA

Qualified Chartered Accountant is a must

- Travelling will be part of Job role To conduct inspection and ensure timely submission of reports and subsequent compliances from BPs.

- Identification of process improvements in the existing inspection process.

- To complete the end-to-end process of monitoring receipt and review of all periodical submissions from Business Partners as per Compliance Calendar.

- Co-ordinate and facilitate for BPs, HO and IT team to develop and/or enhance system controls, procedures and trainings.

- Pro-active action to ensure correct and timely compliance of all required submissions by respective BPs.

- The Candidate will be responsible for liasioning with the client, setting up the audit plan and getting the same executed, actively supporting the team in audit function and checking adherence to audit process, documentation and reports

- The Candidate is expected to have a good knowledge of SEBI Regulations SEBI regulations mainly around Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF and Investment Advisor.

- The Candidate is expected to have a good knowledge of Scale Based Regulation and NBFC industry
