Job Description:

BNC has been mandated to recruit an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Senior Associate for our Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance team in a leading service industry organization. The ideal candidates should have strong experience in internal audit, compliance, risk management, and process improvement, preferably from a Big 4 firm or relevant experience within the industry in a compliance, internal audit, risk management, or operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and process reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

2.Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements to mitigate risks.

3.Prepare audit reports, present findings, and collaborate with business units to implement corrective actions.

4.Work on P2P, O2C, Financial Controls, Compliance, and Operational Audits.

5.Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.

6.Manage multiple audit engagements, working with cross-functional teams and external auditors.

7.Develop and implement risk-based audit plans and testing methodologies.

8.Provide strategic insights on risk mitigation and efficiency enhancement.

9.Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance team capability.

Key Requirements:

1. CA with 2-4 years of experience in internal audit/compliance/risk management, from a Big 4 firm.

2.Strong understanding of risks across operational areas and deep knowledge of processes and systems in their respective domains.

3.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects efficiently.

4.Experience in managing teams and leading audit engagements.

5.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

6.Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and data analytics tools is an advantage

7.Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
