Manager - Internal Audit - Real Estate - CA

The Role :

A key member of the Management Assurance team, you will be responsible for 4 key areas :

- Internal Audit : Audit planning, execution, gap assessment, reporting, action planning and tracking till closure. Report writing skills extremely important.

- Risk Management : Risk assessment, prioritization, action planning and follow ups with the respective functional teams.

- Internal Financial Control : Review and reporting of internal functions with checks and balances.

SOX Audits and Compliance

- Process Audits/Business Process Improvements - bring in an external perspective on the best practices of key areas in the business and support deployment of the same in coordination with the internal stakeholders.

The Person for the role :

- We are looking for you if you are a Chartered Accountant (C.A) with post qualification experience of 6 to 8 years with professional audit and assurance function in a reputed real estate company (OR) part of Big 4 consulting firms with primary exposure to audits and assurances. Non C.As with highly relevant experience with Big 4 could also be considered.

- Exposure to Risk assessments / Risk management strategy related to control frameworks of the organisation in the real estate industry.

- Exposure to auditing methods and standards / MIS / Budgeting etc.

- Experience managing a team of Internal Auditors and responsible for their deliverables, learning and development, will be a big plus.
