Manager - Internal Audit - Infra/Manufacturing Firm - CA

JOB PURPOSE

The role will identify and report on findings, as well as make recommendations to improve policies or procedures accordingly including governance, risk management processes and smooth execution of audit plan.

Accountabilities

- Preparation of Audit Universe & annual audit plan - Draft Audit universe & annual audit plan submission

- Undertake Audits & Special assignments - Submit draft reports as per defined timelines

- Internal Financial Control Testing (IFC) - Ensure timely updations of RCMs and their sign off from relevant stakeholders

- Ensure annual testing of IFC framework

- Audit Reports & Compliance Monitoring

- Qualitative review of audit reports assigned

- Timely updations of LARS

- Closure of open audit observations

- Follow up on pending audit observations with respective business owners for resolution

- Coordination meeting between outsourced audit partners and business process owners

- Regular coordination and resolving audit issues, updating the same in LARS software

- Data Analytics & Reporting- Use SAP and Idea tool for analysing voluminous data to provide audit assurance

- Monthly MIS and AC presentations Assist in preparation and circulation of reports / presentations / AOP

Qualification - CA with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience
