Manager - Internal Audit - Global Asset Management - CA

About our client - Our client is one of the leading global asset management company.

Job Description:

- Lead the planning, execution of internal audits and management assurance assignments as per the Annual Internal Audit Plan

- Work closely with the business to identify agreed findings and recommendations and monitor implementation of recommendations

- Evaluate appropriate audit techniques and data analytics to increase both efficiency and effectiveness of internal audits

- Perform and oversee SOX process walkthroughs

- Execute operating effectiveness testing of SOX controls

- Draft remediation plans with the process owner for any SOX deficiencies

- Work on anti-Bribery and Corruption Due Diligence and Investigations

The Successful candidate should:

- Be a qualified CA with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience in Big 4, real estate, infrastructure sectors
