Role : Manager, Internal Audit

Location : Libreville, Gabon

Overview of Position/Detailed job description :

The role is for Internal Auditor covering entire infra vertical based out of Gabon. The role focuses on strengthening of internal control environment, Probing current/potential areas of value leakages and potential value losses.

Key responsibilities include :

- Responsible for planning, executing and completing audit fieldwork according to established schedule in consultation with Corporate Audit team in Singapore.

- Reviewing the systems established to ensure compliance with those policies, plans, procedures, statutory requirements and regulations which could have a significant impact on operations;

- Conduct Independent periodic Internal Audits of the Country Operations and systems including review of Financial, Accounting, statutory compliance areas etc.

- Drafting and circulating the Internal Audit Report and Follow up on compliance.

- Engaging in special IA projects cutting across various geographies/regions or investigation related assignments.

- Sharing Best practices and Recommending internal control improvements

- Engaging with the Key stake holders to improve control environment

Desired Profile :

- 2-6 years of experience post Chartered Accountancy (CA) or equivalent

- Prior experience towards setting up audit processes and controls is preferred
