Manager - Internal Audit - CA - BFS (5-10 yrs)
- Conduct Internal and Operational Audits
- Identification of risk and cost reduction opportunities for our clients
- Recommend measures for improving efficiency, productivity and reducing costs
- To review the Business process and internal controls
- Use various analytical tools and rating indices to evaluate and benchmark processes and environment in Client organisations
- Be in client facing role and excel in managing team resources
- Leverage on relationship and contribute to business development initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile :
- CA (from CA firms or Industry) with relevant post qualification experience
- Well experienced in Internal Audit / Operational Audit assignments
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Willing to travel in India and abroad
- Ability to manage at least 5 - 6 clients simultaneously
- Adaptability to various working environment will be an advantage
