Position- Internal Audit Manager

Education - CA Qualified

Job Role:

- Perform & control the full audit cycle of manufacturing set up like hettich & complete all internal audit cycles of Sales, Production, Payable, collection etc.

- Perform & control the full audit cycle including risk management & Control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability & compliance with all applicable directives & regulations.

- Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws & statutes

- Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls & governance processes

- Determine internal audit scope & develop plans for audit to cover all area

- Obtain, analyze & evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, process flow

- Prepare & present reports that reflect audit's results, deficiencies & action to be taken to correct the situation

- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality & goal achievement.

- Identify loopholes & recommend risk aversion measures & cost savings

- Maintain open communication with management & section leads

- Conduct follow up audits to monitor progress on the audit observations

- Advanced computer skills on Ms office, accounting software & Databases

- Knowledge of auditing standards & procedure, laws, rules & regulations

- High attention to detail & excellent analytical skills

Required Skills

- Should have good conceptual and analytical abilities.

- Must have excellent man management and leadership skills.

- The candidate should have good negotiating and presentation skills.

- Must be strong in both oral and written communication skills.
