Manager - Internal Audit (CA Qualified) a) Handle the end to end Internal audit process of the Company keeping pace with the size, complexity and regulatory requirements, to provide assurance to the Management and the Company on the adequacy of business processes and internal controls. Agree on an audit plan that involves a blend of in house Audit work and work delegated to an external CA firm. Audit work plan to be designed based on a risk matrix, that determines frequency of audit and depth of verification. b) Manage the in house audit work in line with agree audit plan. Periodically review past audit observation for trends relating to people, geographies, vintages, customers, and other lead indicators. Implement elements of surprise audits /checks/verifications in the Business process and in BAU activity c) Agree on an Internal Audit plan with external CA firm, monitor/ensure delivery of agreed plan, managing responses, submit periodic updates to Board/management, changes processes in line with recommendations d) Implement a concurrent audit process for agreed processes (focus on disbursement) e) Implement a branch rating/scoring model, periodic implementation of the same and update the rating model on a periodic basis f) Conduct a structured review of all existing and new company-wide business processes (ex u/w norms) from an audit, risk and compliance perspective and ensure alignment to regulations. Ensure Company's IT system are aligned to adequate levels of risk/control, regulatory requirements and Company's business processes/policies g) Support any due diligences, inspections (incl. RBI, lender, auditors) on the Company h) Implement a no-surprises culture across the Company and in the Internal Audit function
