Manager - Internal Audit - BFSI

- IAManager will have the responsibility for developing and deploying risk management methodology, tools and risk culture in the organization and SOX compliances.

- The position serves as a focal point for Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, HSE, contracts and corporate communication functions. It requires collaboration with various function to build Rick Management culture.

- Responsible for creating visibility of risk processes by setting up risk management organisation, risk assessment and reporting processes across the organisation.

- Align risk management process to stakeholder's expectation by developing and defining risk appetite, tolerances and escalation process.

- Facilitate timely risk monitoring & response management and embed early warning mechanisms for predictable outcomes

- Develop teams to facilitate, assess, monitor and report risks across the sites and aggregate risk at company level.

- Develop risk culture by training risk owners to enhance their capability to improve risk management in the company.
