Manager - Internal Audit - Bank (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Carrying out risk based audits for retail liabilities segment of the bank.
- Carrying out special assignment basis management directive. (Spot audit of retail branch/unit, Sales review of A+ Category retail branches).
- Conducting Sales and Management audit review for retail branches and submitting report to the senior management.
- Independently carried out department audits like Currency-chest, Loan against Gold Jewellery operation audit, Bulk cash counter, Record management company audit, Salary Hub, INR Remittance, and Business Correspondence audit).
- Understanding processes and recommending improvements w.r.t.articulated processes.
- Conducting offsite review based on available MIS for early identification of anomalies at branches.
- Identification of revenue leakage and discern areas of improvement, thereby assisting the senior management in taking corrective measures.
- Finalization and timely submission of audit reports, followed by discussion with the auditee and senior management for discrepancies observed during the course of audit. Ensuring timely receipt of response on compliance from the retail branch and department unit.
- Managing the team and providing training to new joinee in conducting branch audits
