Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Audit Manager to lead internal audit assignments for our clients in the Utilities and Service industry. The role involves evaluating internal controls, identifying process improvements, and ensuring risk mitigation across business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute internal audits (operational, financial, and compliance)

- Evaluate internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies

- Perform risk assessment and process reviews

- Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions

- Prepare audit plans, programs, and detailed audit reports

- Follow up on audit recommendations and corrective action plans

- Liaise with business units and senior leadership for audit closures

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

- Assist in the development and enhancement of internal audit frameworks

- Use data analytics and ERP tools for effective audit execution

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
