Manager - Integration Solutions - Banking (10-18 yrs)
Job Description:
- Project management & Budgeting for projects inline.
- Application & Technology performance & obsolescence management.
- AMC management & review along with Cost negotiations
- Provide Service Delivery and leadership to the team
- Review of existing processes & bringing in process improvements wherever required.
- Ensure that all team members (i.e. Technical Analysts / Programmers) perform the delegated tasks according to set timelines
- Provide managerial leadership (typically 80%) and technical leadership (typically 20%)
- Review MIS data & monthly presentations
- Monitoring Vendor performance and rating
- Problem management
- Manage all high impact, critical problems/risks items.
- Conduct FPN data validation.
- Consultant for SCP & BCP needs/solutions as per business needs.
- Review of POA for all critical projects etc-
- Production Support takeover for new applications
- Ensure adequate resource management & team strength.
- Create failovers in teams to avoid person dependencies
- Compliance to IT Governance Policy & processes & Audit.
- Ensure the employee goals and objectives are stretched to meet organizations requirements & business expectations.
- Conducting periodical presentation/review with Senior Management
- Periodic review business meetings
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience on App servers viz. Oracle Weblogic, IBM WebSphere & Database viz. Oracle & MS SQL server.
- Good experience of e-commerce/payments space, Fraud & risk management systems.
