Manager - Insurance (5-7 yrs)
Key responsibilities shall include:
1) Work and Liaise with Insurance Brokers/Companies to negotiate terms and pricing during the renewal of Companies policies
2) In-depth understanding of policies such as Employee Health Insurance/ GTL/ GPA/ Marine Insurance/ Asset Policies/ D&O/ Cyber/Fidelity Insurance etc
3) Working with business and other internal teams to ensure settlement of claims in a timely manner. Assisting in loss analysis, dealing with surveyors, data collection etc during any ongoing claims
4) Recommending and implementing preventive measures to minimise insurance costs and queries
5) Managing Insurance audits and ensure timely completion without any escalations
6) Ensuring timely delivery of insurance related documents
7) Assisting in budget exercise related to Insurance. Constant interaction with brokers to ensure upto date market insights
8) Managing payout of invoices ensuring consistent coverage and facilitating accounting teams to complete compliances
9) Understanding business and coming up with risk mitigation ideas
10) Preparing presentations/Board Notes for approvals.
