Location: - Work from Home - Work from Home - Experience in EDU Tech industry mandatory - Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills - Flexible working hours (depending on project) - Age no bar (max 40 years) Job Responsibilities and Duties: - Learning Design - designing to maximize the learning of the student; having a student centric approach in all decisions regarding design experience. - Storyboarding - translating the raw video footage into an accessible and engaging series of videos that enhance the student's learning - Visualization - using visual medium to convey ideas and enhance learning - creating visual representations of concepts, ensuring visual consistency and harmony in the videos - Video reviews - checking the quality of videos received from the video editors - Co-ordination with Production team - interacting with teammates the extended team (video editing partners) to create a top-quality product Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's or master's degree in Educational Tech, Instructional Design, Mass Communication, or Journalism. An MBA degree is highly desirable. - Specialized knowledge: Instructional design, online learning, video-based learning, mobile learning - Other characteristics: team player, ability to work in a global, virtual team, Prior experience in a startup environment will be helpful, innovative, attention to detail, ability to grasp technical concepts and simplify them visually, and an inclination towards understanding academic content. - Professional certification: Instructional design, video editing a plus - Experience - 5 - 10 years Desired characteristics: - Team player - Ability to work in agile methodology - Ability to grasp technical concepts and simplify them visually - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Innovative - Attention to detail - An inclination towards understanding academic content CTC - 14 Lakhs - 17Lakhs - Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
