Manager- Institutional Sales (FMCG Industry)
Overview:
To formulate sales strategies to:
(a) Drive top-line growth and prepare innovative plans to achieve higher value realization
(b) For brand management, evaluation, and market promotion strategies, for various existing/new products.
- Should have experience either in beverages, commodity, snacks or biscuits & confectionary division.
- Should have knowledge of Institutional sales.
- Accountable for FMCG sales product at all the channels
- Manage the existing and new csa & distributor for business generation.
- Handle the team at town level and direct them for business and revenue generation.
- Maintain the Monthly Sale MIS data.
- Coordinate with manager reading proper supply of products at all outlets.
- Generate the new business and effective planning for business development
- Ensuring coverage, distribution and visibility of all our brands as per company objectives.
- Focus on new product launch/re-launch to establish product in market & achieve / exceed defined sales targets.
- Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with distributors/direct account.
- Managing the commercial control on distributors (receivables, claims etc. ) and direct customers
- Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.
Work Experience: 4+ to 10 years
