Manager - Insight & Analytics - FMCG (3-6 yrs)

We are Looking for Insights & Analytics manager for one of our FMCG Client.

Mandatory - Analytics & Marketing Research Experience.

Delivering the insight, Analytics and planning agenda for product portfolios

1. Aid in distilling out the key consumer/shopper insights for the category and the portfolio of brands.

2. Work with the marketing teams to leverage insights to tease out the ideas for the innovation pipeline.

3. Work with external agencies to help the marketing teams sharpen the quality of new mixes - innovations and renovations.

a) Aid in development of better concepts.

b) Aid in improving the quality of the advertising by teasing out the drivers of great advertising through database mining.

c) Aid in improve the quality of the new product development process.

4. Aid in creating a culture of consumer and shopper immersions within the larger organisation and the marketing team.

a) Execute and support the consumer knowledge agenda.

b) Plan and execute ad hoc researches as per agreed plans and budgets.

5. Work with the marketing teams to support the brand planning process assist in using marketing analytic tools to create a competitive edge for our portfolio of brands.

a) Pricing, marketing spends optimiser tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our spends.

b) Prioritisation of markets, geographies to drive greater returns on investments.

c) Supporting analytic projects like Mix optimisation.

Job Holder should have research interest in both qualitative and quantitative methods. However, may have more experience in one over the other.

1. (Necessary) Fair understanding of insight development through innovative use of existing and newly commissioned research.

2. (Necessary) Fair understanding of research methodologies & techniques.

3. (Necessary) Fair understanding of Predictive Analytics.
