Manager - Inside Sales - SaaS Product Firm (2-4 yrs)
About Company :
The company is a well funded and rapidly growing SaaS product company. It has got its presence in India and in multiple geographies internationally. It aspires to be a Unicorn in 3-5 years timeframe.
Responsibility :
- Will be responsible for 1) Sales + Deal closure via remote selling and 2) Account Nurture for key accounts
- Sell and Sales and Pipeline nurture via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts
- Qualify accounts for first level introductions set up by Business Development team
- Give compelling online demos to introduce the product and create new pipeline in target accounts
- Present and articulate product features, benefits; Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential for Vymo products
- Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts
- Work in collaboration with both inside and field sales reps to maximize prospect potential
Skills :
- Excellent written skills, oral skills, phone skills
- Demonstrated track record at achieving measurable goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to connect the dots, client personas and research into a compelling pitch
- Prior objection handling experience
- Ability to quickly grasp client business context based on research / intro calls
- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
- Able to learn and understand product solutions and features
Experience & Requirements :
- Relevant experience in B2B sales of SaaS products is a must
- Prior experience in selling to the US market is a must
- Experience which demonstrates an ability to understand and communicate technical solutions selling concepts
- Be Flexible to work out in different timezones in line with Geography focus
- Desire to excel and develop a career in enterprise IT sales
- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player.
