- 8+ Years of Experience in UK/European Market from IT/ITes/KPO/BPO background.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally

- Tasks, and activities to be undertaken by the position holder:

- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain offering value

- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience

- Mapping and mining clients organization

- Keeping accurate records pertaining to projects and account notes

- Maintaining updated knowledge of services and solutions

- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment

- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs

- Outcomes to be delivered by the position holder (mostly KPIs for the role and targets/goals)

- Develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs

- Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholder

- Deliver on agreed-upon objectives like revenues, solutions, pilots etc.

- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs

- Maintaining relationships with existing client accounts

- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

- Identity upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
