Manager - Inside Sales - SaaS (3-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of Inside Sale and generate new qualified opportunities for our Account owners by actively engaging prospects, piquing their interest and getting their attention using a variety of tools and approach

- Train other members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities

- Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s

- Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets, and that our sales organization has enough opportunities to work with to be fully productive

- Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDR.

- Work closely with Sales and other members of the Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes

- Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline

- Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment

- Iterate on the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training, and enablement with respect to the core values

- Have worked in an inside sales role/ SDR for at least 4 years and should have handled a team

- Have a positive attitude and are passionate about helping customers be successful

- Are naturally curious, love learning, and wish to build a career in sales

- Are driven, self-motivated, results oriented, and have a fantastic work ethic

- Have a keen desire to continually develop and grow their skills

- Can write a killer email and have a great phone manner

- Are masters of efficiency, are highly organized, and love using technology to get things done quickly

- Are self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Have some experience in business, sales, or customer service

- Have worked in a SAAS company

- First-hand experience in guiding teams on research and cold calling.
