Looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for selling Quickbooks to small and medium businesses in India. This individual will be responsible for formulating our sales strategy, hiring and building a world class sales team and achieving targets.   Responsibilities :  - Should have strong inside sales experience.  - Own delivery of new subscriber acquisition and revenue goals for QuickBooks Online in India.  - Develop sales growth strategies and drive partner teams to deliver sales excellence and flawless execution of growth strategies.  - Implement processes to improve sales conversion and enablement efficiency including account planning, forecast and pipeline management.  - Build a top-notch sales capability by collaborating with local and global cross-functional teams.  - Be the voice-of-the-customer to build solid understanding of levers to improve conversion.  Qualification :  - Strong drive for results demonstrated by at-least 7-10 year's experience in sales outcome driven roles. Preferred experience of Web or SaaS companies.  - MBA from Top Tier B School preferred.   - Demonstrated negotiation skills in building and growing sales partnerships, customers or accounts.  - Strong collaborator to get resourcing together in delivering own goals and building larger team understanding of customers and market.  - Excellent written/ oral communication skills to coach partner or team, but also manage stakeholder expectations and visibility.  - Young and dynamic individual; Proactive and willing to work in a start-up environment  Only Candidates From Top Product Based Software Companies In India Should Apply For This Role.
