- Identifying opportunities from the market through marketing, cold-calling, referrals, etc.
- Understanding the organizational product, solution offerings, its values and benefits for the customers.
- Maintaining strong relationship with the clients and customers in order to ensure key account management, client retention and new client acquisition.
- Graduate/Post graduate with minimum 7 years of experience in Inside Sales lead generation, cold calling and response management for International clients
- Understanding of technology selling in IT infrastructure sector, Cloud, Managed services.
- Working knowledge of SFDC.
- Proficiency in handling the entire process for Inside sales and lead generation.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and convince the target company.
