Manager - Inside Sales - Industrial Products (5-15 yrs)
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding given sales target as an individual contributor as well as supporting the sales team for the same.
- Responsible for sales and generating new leads through the field sales team as well as through online & offline sales activities to achieve present and future goals.
- Contact prospective clients on phone and persuade them to buy our product.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Explain the product features to the customers.
- Follow up with customers for orders.
- Negotiate with the client and close the deal.
- Coordinate with Quotation Department & Client.
- Maintain records of interaction with customers and their status for follow-up.
- Coordinate with client and arrange meeting for sales staff.
- Monitor the working of filed sales staff including their attendance, sales report etc.
- Prepare daily sales report.
Qualification - B.Tech/B.SC/STEM
