- Handling designated team

- Conducting weekly sales report

- Monitoring team member core activities to achieve team target.

- Generating market for the Organization.

- Source and develop client referrals

- Prepare sales action plans and strategies

- Schedule sales activity

- Develop sales proposals

- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

- Follow up on sales activity from team member

- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management

- Corporate Marketing

- Reporting on the Business Plan to Management.

- Manage assigned territory with the objective of achieving Team sales target and developing business within the company's policy.

- Managing events for the organization.

- Team Handling

- Handling the Entire Sales Process Inbound & outbound

- Create an inspiring team environment

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics & Motivate team members

- Candidate should have good communication skills

- Managerial Skills
