Designation : Manager Inland Sales
Location : Mumbai
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
- University degree minimum, Masters preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial role, knowledge in trucking procurement and pricing will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of FIS and other HL systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Result driven team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure

- Good time management skills

- Stay up to date of emerging trends and best practice about the job role
Overall Job Purpose
- Design and set up best in class inland product on Ramp and Carriers haulage to HL customers
- Improve Inland pricing and strengthen strategic approach on landside procurement
- Work and upgrade Vendors to cater to our growing demand.
Job Specification - Key Accountabilities
- Develop the Inland strategy and identify the right inland corridors
- Holds responsibility for performance on the Inland offerings across Ramp, CH
- Create product road map for sales
- Analyse customer level performance and work with sales to ensure the right mix
- Monthly KPI tracking
- Conduct regular joint meetings with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Region
- Regularly review customer portfolios jointly with Sales Executives
- Review and set up Inland related tariffs / surcharges
- Collect market intelligence on Inlands
- Strengthen organizational set up to successfully run Inland as a business
- Manage and monitor the hybrid team and ensure optimization
- Systematically manage end-to end performance of Inlands at all levels of the organization
- Work with Regional Inland desk, procurement, and vendors to develop new product offerings
- Work with procurement to ensure we have best in class vendors to cater to our customers.
