Manager - Inhouse Job Portal (6-15 yrs)
- This is a virtual /work from home fixed contract-based project which may get converted in full time job eventually
- The company aims at creating a seamless Job portal linked to main website of the company
- This portal should be easy to use for inhouse HR team and applicants both.
- The portal should be able to convey EVP to applicants
Your assignment would be as follows :
- Liaison with IT for the project to shape the portal.
- Prepare content for the portal.
- Do UAT of the functionality of the portal.
- Improve UI/VX of the portal.
- Simplify the process and make it easy for HR and applicants.
- Check all the links of the portal.
