Manager - Infrastructure Consulting - Power & Utilities/Oil & Gas Domain - Consulting Firm (7-10 yrs)
Location: Pan India
Experience: 7-10 years- experience
As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
- Be involved in the financial management of clients
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
- Train, coach, and supervise staff
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your The organization brand
Preferred Qualifications -
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the technology domain for Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in leading efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing smart technology applications for Power and Utilities or Oil and Gas clients.
- Experience in the improvement of business processes leveraging technology in the Power and Utilities/Oil and Gas Sector
- Understanding of common issues faced by Power and Utilities clients
- Understanding of progressive Utilities- enterprise architecture and integrations
- Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of playing a key role in end to end implementation of at least one of the listed or similar utilities specific applications such as Siemens EnergyIP MDM, Oracle MDM, Oracle CC&B, IBM Maximo, SAP-ISU etc.
