Role: Infrastructure Advisory - PPP (Public Private Partnership)

Salary: Rs 20-25 Lacs (Fixed) + Performance Pay

Job Description

1. Work independently on consulting projects/ assignments; manage different aspects of project management including quality, timelines, profitability of execution, client satisfaction / relationship, collections, etc.

2. Work on financial and commercial analysis, with ability to critically review sector trends, company financials, regulations, financial projections, sector and company assessments and risk analysis. Be open to work on assignments unrelated to current domain strengths in the analytical capacity, simultaneously building knowledge / skills in such new areas.

3. Support the Associate Director / Director on assignment modules or complete assignments (depending on size and complexity) in terms of all aspects i.e. assignment quality, timelines, profitability of execution, client satisfaction/relationship, team morale and knowledge management.

4. Interact with client to explain analysis, assignment findings and recommendations.

5. Attend client meetings to understand client requirements

6. Support in outreach activities by writing articles, in-house research, working on business development pitches / co-ordination and participating in business development meetings.

7. Stay alert to changing customer needs and give feedback for business development in terms of identification of new concepts / products / tools / services relevant to the market and support development of new specific offerings.

Desired Candidate profile

1. 6-9 years of relevant experience in research / management consulting

2. Two years full-time MBA (Finance) OR Chartered Accountant (CA)

3. Be open to work on assignments across locations in India and abroad. This would imply a willingness to travel and be stationed at client site depending on the requirements of the assignment.
