Looking a candidate who are having an experience of 3-4 years in IT Strategy related Management / Innovation JD : - Critically evaluate the applicability of different platforms available in the market - Interface with internal end-users for IT feedback and improvements; - Work closely with several internal and external stakeholders, vendors and market leaders; - Bringing in external / market perspective to the Management while evaluating IT platforms and offerings; - Sharing regular updates with the Management; - Focus on IT initiatives / developments specifically with reference to the global legal industry - Ability to interact, challenge and influence credibly at all levels - Autonomy and ability to run multiple projects at the same time - Project management - Strong focus on innovation. Education and prior experience: MBA / MCA / Post Graduate in Computer Science - (M.B.A), preferably in business from a Tier I college - Prior experience in a professional services Firm / Management Consulting Firm / role with Strategy is preferred but not a necessity - Engineering degree would also be preferable.
